Customers wishing to open an account for water service must complete a Service and Billing Agreement form and submit a $75.00 activation fee.  The $75.00 activation fee can be paid over the phone with a customer service representative or by completing and submitting a Credit Card Authorization form along with the Service and Billing Agreement form.  The form and fee must be received 24 to 48 hours prior to water service activation.
